A focus on a new way to deliver the best of both worlds: XR
In the last 100 years, technology has greatly expand the horizon for how people entertain themselves. From photography to movies, to radio and television and online gaming, even meta-verse (what’s this?), we keep finding new ways to entertain ourselves, thanks to the non-stop technology innovation we are now so accustomed to.
So it’s always about trying to find new means, which is enabled by either a completely new technology or an innnovative way applying existing technology, to let us enjoy our creative works (cultural/artistic products) better.
CGI, Computer Generated Imagery, has been around for many decades, which is essential for the success of the Hollywood. Now we have AI-generated imageries, which can essentially create any image and animation possible or impossible. From this newest cluster, VR, AR and Meta-verse has evolved to take on more diverse roles that defy a single definition, maybe call it XR.
Hardware or software
Mega-techs have been rushing out VR headsets, smart glasses, digital wearables, etc in the past decade, trying to define and lead this new realm. We believe the breakthrough in the hardware would not come until there is a breakthrough in materials those technoloy may embed with. Current headsets, etc. just seem too clumsy, apparently.
So we focus on software, ideas, and art that the current image rendering technology can greatly help, even on a 2D screen (ok, curved) or a mini smart phone.

3D-like imagery even viewed on a 2D screen may be the hallmark of the next-generation website. This, of course, is a contiuation of we humans strive for, i.e., better representation of reality. If reality is 3 dimentional, the technological representation of this reality should also be as 3D as possible.
